Sponsorship Activation Coordinator

Help deliver the benefits promised to Wizards partners.

Location: Columbus, Ohio
Arrangement: Part-time; approved schedule
Reports to: CEO or designated Corporate Partnerships Lead, coordinating with Marketing and Game-Day Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain sponsor fulfillment checklists; coordinate temporary game signage and activations; collect proof of performance; organize digital deliverables; communicate timelines and issues.

QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organization and follow-up; client-service communication; attention to contractual deliverables; availability for assigned games and events.

COMPENSATION
Proposed: $15 per hour, up to 100 approved hours.
