Group Ticket Sales Representative

Grow attendance through group experiences for schools, businesses, youth teams and community organizations.

Location: Columbus, Ohio
Arrangement: Part-time; approved schedule
Reports to: COO or designated Ticket Sales Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospect group buyers; conduct calls and follow-up; explain ticket packages; coordinate group experiences; maintain a sales pipeline and accurate order records.

QUALIFICATIONS
Customer service and communication skills; organized follow-up; comfort with sales outreach; availability for assigned games and events.

COMPENSATION
Proposed: $15 per hour plus 5% commission on eligible collected group-ticket sales. Working hours and commission terms require approval.
