Fan Experience & Promotions Assistant

Help deliver an energetic, welcoming experience for Wizards fans.

Location: Columbus, Ohio
Arrangement: Seasonal game-day role
Reports to: Game-Day Operations Lead, coordinating with the Chief Marketing Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with contests, giveaways and promotions; coordinate group recognition and halftime activities; encourage fan participation; support approved sponsor activations.

QUALIFICATIONS
Outgoing and customer-focused; strong teamwork; ability to follow a game script; home-game availability.

COMPENSATION
Proposed: $100 per home game for ten home games. Final hours and pay arrangement require approval and applicable wage compliance.
