A New Era of Professional Basketball Begins in Columbus

The Columbus Wizards are entering a new chapter.

Over the past two seasons, the Wizards have been building something special right here in Central Ohio. What started as a vision has grown into a men’s professional basketball organization committed to representing the city of Columbus with pride.

Now, that vision is becoming reality.

This season marks the Columbus Wizards’ inaugural year competing in The Basketball League (TBL), one of the fastest growing professional basketball leagues in North America. The move represents a major step forward for the organization and for professional basketball in Columbus.

The journey to this point has not happened overnight. It has been built through community support, partnerships, and countless hours of work from players, staff, and supporters who believe in the mission of the Wizards.

At the center of that mission is a simple idea:

The Wizards are proud to call The Rike Center home and are excited to bring fast-paced, high-level professional basketball to the city.
