Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Columbus Wizards, we strive to deliver a high-quality experience for all of our fans and participants. All sales for game tickets and event registrations (including camps, clinics, and other programs) are final and non-refundable, except in the case of a cancellation or postponement initiated by the organization.

In the event of a cancellation initiated by the Columbus Wizards, customers will be offered the option of a full refund, credit toward a future event, or a ticket transfer. No-shows or last-minute cancellations by registrants will not be eligible for a refund.

Fulfillment Policy

All purchases made through the Columbus Wizards website—including game tickets and event registrations—are delivered digitally. No physical products will be shipped.

• Game tickets will be delivered by email or made available for pick-up at Will Call (if specified).

• Camp or event registration confirmations will be sent via email to the address provided during checkout.

Please ensure your email address is accurate. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, contact us.
